Kurt Wyatt is a Ph.D. candidate, dance facilitator, documentary producer, and clown-in-training. He is currently researching social virtual reality through the lens of third space theory, discovering new tools for self-expression within the queer community. He has worked on numerous community ethnographies at the Price School of Public Policy, University of Southern California, channeling his research insights into impactful wellness programing. Kurt is the creator of Ridiculous Dance Medicine, a joy-filled dance journey that explores the sacred through dance cardio and ridiculous movement. Additionally, Kurt explores the art of ritual and sacred laughter through his exploration of the clown archetype. His academic record provides him with a wealth of resources to evaluate, design, and facilitate integrative programing for the post-COVID world.
